More than 100,000 views for the 2nd part of my ONE DAY IN FRANKFURT series
Dear friends,
I am very happy that so many of you watch my videos. It is a great feeling that the second part of my video series about my adopted hometown Frankfurt am Main has reached more than 100,000 viewers. I would never have expected such results when I started my video hobby.
I shot the footage for this second part from March to August 2020, combining different camera perspectives, such as drone shots from the air and ground shots, including views from a moving car and a boat sailing across the Main river.
To combine the shots with music, I chose a music track that was atmospherically very different from the music of the first part, and here, looking back, I am not so sure that I would choose the same music track again today. Because while I received almost exclusively positive feedback on the music of the first part, the feedback on the music of the second part was rather mixed. From “very good and fitting” to “disturbing and not fitting at all”, there was really all kinds of feedback.

ich freue mich sehr darüber, dass ihr euch so fleißig meine Videos anschaut. Es ist ein tolles Gefühl, dass auch der zweite Teil meiner Videoserie über meine Wahlheimatstadt Frankfurt am Main mehr als 100.000 Zuschauer erreicht hat. Mit solchen Ergebnisses hätte ich damals, als ich mit meinem Videohobby begonnen habe, nie gerechnet.
Die Aufnahmen für diesen zweiten Teil habe ich von März bis August 2020 gemacht und dabei verschiedene Kameraperspektiven kombiniert, wie z. B. Drohnenaufnahmen aus der Luft und Bodenaufnahmen, einschließlich Ansichten aus einem fahrenden Auto Auto und einem Boot, das über den Main schippert.
Als Musik habe ich damals einen Musiktitel ausgewählt, der sich atmosphärisch sehr von der Musik des ersten Teils unterscheidet, und hier bin ich mir rückblickend nicht mehr so sicher, ob ich heute denselben Musiktitel erneut auswählen würde. Denn während ich zur Musik des ersten Teils fast ausschließlich ein positives Feedback erhalten habe, fiel das Feedback zur Musik des zweiten Teils eher gemischt aus. Von „sehr gut und passend“ bis „störend und überhaupt nicht passend“ war wirklich alles dabei.
