Mario Belón – the Voice of “My Self-Reflection” & “Destination unknown”

I met Mario when I attended the courses of the „Sprecherakadamie“ (Speakers Academy) in Frankfurt. With him as my trainer I could develop my speaking skills a lot. Among other things, he showed a lot of patience working on my weakness of neatly separating the “ch” and the “sch” when speaking. And somehow it happened that we stayed in contact even after the courses had been successfully completed.

Besides the fact that he is a great guy, I also think he does a great job as a (dubbing) speaker and trainer. Currently you can hear him for example in the latest commercial of ING-Diba. It’s really unbelievable that he took the time to work with me on two of my videos. For “My Self-Reflection – A Journey in your mind and soul” and “Destination unknown – Live your life” he did not only record the lyrics but also wrote them himself. A new video with Mario as the narrator is in progress. The recordings have already been completed and I’m in the postproduction stage – so stay tuned.

As a trainer, by the way, he is not only aimed at (dubbing-)speakers or those who want to become one, but his courses are aimed at anyone who wants to sharpen and develop their appearance and communication skills in their professional and/or private life. And from my perspective, all I can say is it’s worth getting to know him.

Mario durfte ich kennenlernen, als ich in Frankfurt die Kurse der Sprecherakademie besucht habe. Mit ihm als Trainer konnte ich eine Menge lernen. Dabei hat er unter anderem eine Menge Geduld bewiesen, als es beispielsweise um meine Schwäche ging, beim Sprechen das „ch“ und das „sch“ sauber voneinander zu trennen. Und irgendwie kam es, dass wir auch nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Kurse in Kontakt blieben.

Neben der Tatsache, dass er ein toller Kerl ist, finde ich auch seine Arbeiten klasse: Als (Synchron)-Schauspieler, Sprecher und Trainer. Aktuell könnt ihr ihn zum Beispiel im neuesten Werbespot der ING-Diba hören. Echt bewundernswert, dass er sich da noch die Zeit genommen hat, mit mir an einem meiner Videos zu arbeiten. Für meine Videos “Meine: Reflexion – Eine Reise ins Ich” und „Destination unknown – Lebe dein Leben“ hat er den Text nicht nur eingesprochen, sondern auch gleich noch selbst geschrieben. Echt Supermario. 😉 Die Videos könnt ihr euch unten auch gleich selbst ansehen und vor allem anHÖREN. Die Videosprache ist Deutsch, und es können wahlweise Untertitel in verschiedenen Sprachen dazugeschaltet werden.

Ein neues Video mit Mario als Sprecher ist übrigens in Arbeit. Die Aufnahmen sind schon gemacht, und ich stecke in der Nachbearbeitung – bleibt also dran.

Als Trainer richtet er sich übrigens nicht nur an (Synchron)-Sprecher oder solche, die es werden wollen, sondern seine Kurse helfen jedem, der beruflich und/oder privat sein Auftreten und seine Fähigkeiten zur Kommunikation schärfen und ausbauen will. Und aus meiner Sicht kann ich nur sagen, es lohnt sich, ihn kennenzulernen.
